I ordered one basket to see if I liked it and I did. So I purchased two more baskets. The order for two baskets was one basket short. The first basket was securely packaged. The next basket came in an unprotected trash bag. One handle was broken, and I decided not to include this issue with my email to replace or refund the one basket. So, first experience good, the second delivery one star.
