Way of Working:
1. Circuit break protection: When the current reaches the cut-off value, the long handle automatically bounces and cuts off the power supply. Generally, it trips in a short circuit condition. After the fault is eliminated, press the long handle back to the original position to form a path.
2. Manually cut off the power: We need to disconnect the circuit when refitting, and directly press the oval red button on the insurance. At this time, the long handle automatically pops up to cut off the power. Connect as above, then press the long handle back to its original position.<
Note:
1. Wiring IN (BAT) incoming, OUT (AUX) outgoing.
2. No need to disassemble or install insurance core when break down. Just switch on or off the device.
3. Please order and use the Circuit Breaker with right work temperature, to avoid it is too heat and stop work.
4. Please correctly push the button to avoid damage the Circuit Breaker.

Back in the day, you had to drive all over town for specialty stuff like this, and now you can just buy it very quickly on Amazon! This breaker has a nice quality feel and I have no hesitation to recommend this. A+

I added this to my boat's electrical system and was glad to have made the purchase. I use this to disconnect the battery from the rest of the rest of the electrical system when I'm not using it. I have had no issues and it works as expected.

I love the breaker trip for an easy disconnect. I have this on Two Amplifiers in my Amp Rack - Rockford T1500 and 600. I used a smaller one for the third Amp. So far this has carried enough current for the two Power Amps.

Ok, there is an issue with this product. A 300Amp cable requires a wire larger than a 0000 wire!!! That size wire is only rated at 270 amps. No, voltage is not relevant. Current is. So, if you draw 300 Amps, be it at 12 volts or at 500 volts, the rating remains the same as long as the device is rated for the voltage as well. This is rated for 48 volts max and 300 amps max. That means a 4-0 or 0000 cable. The largest that this device will handle is a 1-0 or 0 cable which is only rated at a max of 170 amps. Thus, your cable will burn up to protect the breaker!!!Other than using this as an on and off switch for a max 170A load, I do not find any value in it. I would not recommend it.

Installed this on my off-grid setup with lithium batteries and 2000W inverter. My previous set up used ANL fuses which were blowing due to energy fluctuations with fridges kicking on and off. This solved the problem. Hasn't tripped once since installed. Tested for function, works as advertised.

I bought to put in between my 2500 watt inverter and my power cut off switch. It tripped on using my WoodFire Pro Grill that pumps out 144+ amps. So it works. It also doesn’t trip on a lower amperage draw. Again, so it works. The terminals can accommodate 3/8†lugs.
