We must have a loud home because this gets set off with other types of noise so it goes off all the time. It also doesn’t seem to affect my dog to stop. He’s a shepherd, so his instinct to bark/protect may be stronger so he pushes through? My son however is extremely sensitive to the sound and hates it. This was a disappointment for our house.

My dogs can be crazy sometimes, especially with strangers and other dogs. Lately after me and my girlfriend moved to our new house, our white dog “Bird†would go crazy when he sees other dog on our walk. I’m talking barking, pulling, and literally screaming. I have tried multiple different e-collar before and using it’s beep/vibrate/shock feature and none of those would get his attention. So I started bringing this device on our walk and whenever he sees other dogs and started focusing on them, I just pressed the button once towards him and he looked at me and let go of the other dogs. It is AMAZING. And of course I didn’t forget the positive reinforcement after he looks at me. Btw, this doesn’t only work for barking, I think this is a good little device to fix behaviors as well. We don’t always sleep with our dogs at night so sometimes we have them inside their crate in our bedroom. Our other dog “Penguin†would growl and whine non-stop when he’s in there. It is very annoying because he would wake me up multiple times a night. So I leave this on my bedside now and when he starts growling I just aimed this device towards their vicinity and just like that, he stops for the rest of the night. But honestly, he hasn’t been bothering me at night anymore so I guess his behavior is corrected now. I’m honestly thinking of buying another one just because it’s so handy to have lol
