Great Bike Iรขโฌโขve had this bike for a month and ridden about 70 miles. Overall, itรขโฌโขs a solid ride, but hereรขโฌโขs what you should know:The Good:Build Quality: Sturdy and well-made.Motor: Smooth acceleration, great for casual or older riders.Assist Levels: No assist, partial, and full motor options are handy.Extras: Easy to assemble, with nice touches like turn signals and a brake light.As a middle-aged male who uses this as transportation to and from work (10 miles a day), I am pleased with this purchase.

**Very disappointed for an expensive purchase**We bought this bike for my son for Christmas. We put it together following the handbook precisely. We were so excited for him to get it and ride Christmas morning. After putting it together we discovered both tires werenรขโฌโขt safe for him to ride. Both tires were popping out of the frame. One tire already came assembled and we just had to attach the front. As excited as he was Christmas morning we couldnรขโฌโขt let him ride it as it was a clear safety issue. After messaging the company that night they very vaguely responded that it appeared we didnรขโฌโขt รขโฌลstick the safety wire into the wheel hubรขโฌย. They told me to deflate, try again and watch a link. We have no idea what the safety wire is as itรขโฌโขs not in the manual nor is there a wire we didnรขโฌโขt attach. Also a wire would have nothing to do with the tire rubber popping out of the frame from both tires?! This also wouldnรขโฌโขt explain why itรขโฌโขs both tires as we never installed the back to begin with??We now have to bring it to a bike shop and hope they can help more than this company can as they have been unresponsive since. My son has yet to enjoy his big Christmas gift.

It arrived on time as scheduled and the assembly was fairly straightforward.However, the back tire popped off the rim when I inflated it before it got to 20psi. I had to deflate it, work it back onto the rim and inflate it again to no more than 20psi. It seemed fine until I rode it for a test lap around a parking lot, but then saw it was bulging out by the rim again. Not sure the cause, but I reached out to the seller, so I'm hoping they'll help me resolve it.I'm excited to go on a real ride and I'll update my review once I get to do that. Hoping it'll be a 5 star after they respond.Update 9/17... I've been in contact with the manufacturer/seller for a solid month now trying to get the tire replaced. Took it to a bike shop and the tire was defective and the manufacturer agreed to send me a new tire and inner tube, great! Well I've been following up to get a tracking number or any indication it's been shipped. The last thing I heard from them was 2 weeks ago, asking me to give them 3 days to ship it and reach out again to get the tracking. Every 3 days since then I've reached out to follow up and they haven't responded. I shouldn't have to buy a replacement tire for the defective one but I might need to at this point so I can finally ride it for more than a lap around the block. I'm disappointed to say the least. Downgraded to 1 Star until I can actually ride the thing and give a proper review.Update 11/2024. Got the tire and tube from the company a while back. Shipping was a little slow, so if you have this issue be patient. Took it to a shop for repair because it was the back wheel and seemed very complicated. They changed it for $20 so that was well worth not doing it myself.Since then I've been riding it with nothing but joy. My BF even said I'm so happy I look like a kid on Christmas every time I'm on it. It's a lot of fun and I get around so quickly on it. Looking for ways to raise the seat to fit me a little better and a few other minor customizations, but otherwise I love it. Definitely recommend it.

First off the only reason Iรขโฌโขm giving this four stars is due to the price of shipping. This is a great product at an inexpensive price. Bought this for my 14 year-old son who is a solid kid. This bike is so durable and keep itรขโฌโขs charge!make sure you wear a helmet because it picks up speed fast!

Recently purchased this bike for my teenage son. He truly loves. It has reached speeds of 35 miles an hour,and has a great battery. He loves the full suspension and awesome ride. tThe headlight and brake lights with turn signals are bright enough!

The distance your able to travel on a full charge is no where near what the add suggests my work is only 4 miles away and itรขโฌโขs 95 percent flat ground by the time I get home a third or more of my battery is gone

Very Good bike, handles cold and ice decently, Battery is decent, but happy run is making it hard to get an extra battery to Canada
