Bought this horn to build a portable impact drill horn. It’s very loud, actually too loud. You should have ear plugs if you are going to use it a lot. It’s really great though but do not use indoors!

Unfortunately this turned into about a 4 hour install for me - I had to remove an old air horn system and manufacture some parts/pieces to get it installed where I wanted it. I mounted the horns between the grill and radiator and the compressor right next to the washer fluid bottle on other side of radiator housing to help protect it. I would have given this a 5 Star review but there was only a short piece of hose for connecting the horns to the compressor so I had to go the hardware store and I purchased 3 feet plus 2 hose clamps because the hose at Ace hardware was just a big larger than the short piece that came with it.The true test on this horn will be after it's made it through some winters, rains, carwashes, etc - I was a bit concerned on some of the reviews that said there are paper gaskets and they wear out. Not sure if those gaskets are in the horn itself or on the compressor. Why doesn't the manufacturer just spend a few extra cents or a dollar or two and just make the gaskets out of rubber so this is a product that will last and not risk getting negative reviews later on down the line ??? I know I would have no problem paying a little bit more for something that is going to last.The horn is fairly loud and I ended up not hooking it up to my original horn wire and installed a separate horn button.Overall a good value for the money................so far.

I would love to give this horn a 5 star rating, but it didn’t even last 3 months. Bought it in May 2024, and it was amazing the first month. It was super easy to install, and the sound quality was amazing. Then it started losing its sound over a few weeks, until it no longer worked. Not sure what happened.

Had some reservations and did a lot of research! There are hundreds of these type horns available.Research paid off! Whenever possible look for an item with a video and sound.Installation was typical. The quality is pretty good! The actual compressor pump is most impressive! Qucik responce with aubstanstial output!I wired mine to a switch in the dash and an RF switch. I placed the horns under a headlight facing to center grill openings. Very LOUD!!Expect some negative responces from people! Especcialy since they likely stained themselves!! :-)

I friggin love this thingProsIt’s super loudRelatively easy to installQuality for the priceDoesn’t take up to much roomConsI had a couple extra wires because my original factory horn only had one lead so I just connected the other wires to ground and it works fineI have it connected to my horn on my steering wheel, instead of an aux switchNot sure how legal it is but it’s awesome so I’m leaving it thereAll together, I really like it and would defiantly buy again if I get a different car

Seguro que habrás oÃdo decir que el claxon con el que equipan los vehÃculos en la actualidad suenan poco y nuestra autocaravana no es una excepción. Mi marido llevaba tiempo pensando en cambiar el claxon original por una bocina de aire y cuando vimos esta de WADEO nos decidimos a probarla.El fabricante la envÃa en una caja impresa a todo color donde además facilita algo de información técnica. En el interior encontramos la bocina, en nuestro caso de doble cono asà como la bomba de aire, los cables necesarios para su conexión, un fusible de 30A y un relé, también encontramos un práctico esquema sobre el modo de instalación eléctrica de los diferentes modelos. La verdad es que la instalación es muy sencilla, basta con colocar el relé en su posición, el fusible en su lugar, el cable negro a masa, el rojo a un positivo de baterÃa y los cables blanco y azul son los que llegarÃan al claxon actual, asà de sencillo. Otro trabajo más entretenido es encontrarle una correcta ubicación bajo el capó, y en eso estamos. De modo que aún no hemos tenido ocasión de realizar la instalación; sin embargo utilizando una fuente de alimentación de 12V y 30A hemos podido escuchar el bocinazo, que nos ha parecido espectacular.La bocina, los materiales y todo en general nos ha parecido un producto bien elaborado con el que mi marido ha quedado muy satisfecho y yo de que él lo esté.
