We purchased this zipline for our kids last Christmas and it was so amazing… until about 5 months in. Like a few of the other reviews on here, the bearings broke and fell out. We searched everywhere for bearings to replace them but couldn’t find the exact size. We tried contacting the company on Amazon and got no response. We were pretty discouraged and chalked it up as a loss until I found their email address in the instruction manual and figured we’d give it one last try.Once I emailed the company and explained what happened they responded immediately and sent a whole new replacement zipline since it was still under warranty!All in all we love the zipline and I just recommend holding onto the instruction manual in the case that you run into the same issue.

We had a lot of fun on this for a few months. The bearing on the pulley went out really fast. It went from them gliding across the yard to having to run with them from one end to the other. It was easy to put together. The break works really well. I like the different options you have as far as a harness or the round seat. It was very affordable. Worked fine for anyone under 10 years old. Not being able to glide smoothly for very long is the only thing I dislike. You should not have to replace the bearings ever month

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We waited until April to put it up. She LOVED it!! Here we are, first part of June and it is a DUD! The bearings it rolls down the cable on, appear to already be wearing out. I sprayed penetrating lubricant on the wheels, no difference whatsoever. I can reach her at the high end, and even when I grab ahold of her and launch her, she slows to a stop 20’ shy of the spring. I am beyond frustrated. It worked so great and it seemed like I was dad of the year. Now my kid has a useless zipline and I’m out my hard earned money that I used to purchase it for her.

It has a great big ratchet strap to tension the cable. The top of the cable has to be attached to the tree.

Installed from my kids treehouse to a tree 120ft away. I replaced the bearings in the carrier pretty quickly. I would recommend buying an extra ratchet strap and just putting it on the other end. It made installation a lot easier. Kids use this at least daily.
