Great product. Easy to assemble, large capacity, rolls smoothly. A big help to me as I have osteoarthritis in my back, no more heavy lifting of loads of laundry to get them to and from the laundry room.

Bought this for my elderly mom so she could easily get clothes to and from the laundry room. It made things easier and also eliminated the possibility of losing her balance and falling.

Pros: easy to put together, nice appearance, mesh pockets on outside, tall enough for taller people like me 5'7Cons: When filled with clothes the bars bent! Poor quality on material, leans to side when weight is added, wheels push hard to one side making it hard to steer, the wrench provided is too large for bolts
