I love the product overall as a whole. I liked it so much after purchasing my first set of two that I wound up grabbing another set. Upon arrival of the second set I noticed that one of the lights was unresponsive. No light emitting, no movement, nothing. Emailed the seller, awaiting a response. One issue I noticed with them is he prepared for them to dim out quick if you’re using a fog machine with your lighting. A film has been created over the lens of the two that came in my original order. Doesn’t change the effects much but it is noticeable. Assuming we get the broken fixture issue squared away, I would 10/10 recommend.

I bought 8 moving lights and had one stop working. I contacted the custumers service and they fix the problem in a timely manner. Their response time for every message was very fast. There is nothing that satisfy than purchasing from a very responsive dealer like this one. The lighting and the function is so great. Our customers loved the lighting effect. Thank you!!!!

I am using four of them for some lighting effects but they seem to keep dropping and not remember where they were programmed. This puts them right into the audience's eyes and this is not helpful.The company has since spoken to me and takes these concerns seriously. They will rectify the problem. In these times it is great to see a young company that really has concern for their customers. I have complete confidence in this company and would recommend their products. On a more positive side, these lights are bright and can do some amazing things.
