The instructions describe putting it together with the logos facing the same direction, BUT I seemed to have received 2 of the same side pieces and had to flip one over to make it fit properly; there is only a minor difference in texture of the flipped over piece, where it is more shiny than the side with the logo, evident in the picture. It's a very tight fit to the hardhat, with the plastic mounts seemingly stressed, but that may be by design and intended to hold it in place; we'll see how it holds up in the heat of summer.

The pieces don’t match up and we had to flip and figure it out to get it to fit.
