I live in the Back Woods of extreme N.E.Wyoming's Black Hills. To say I was an "Outdoors-man" would be putting it mildly, even with Sever RA- I still go all over our Family Ranch. I was diagnosed w/ RA in 2011 and had to shut down my business- I was floored when I couldn't go Bow Hunting anymore (I had a nice PSE vertical Bow) it required 70 lbs to pull it over center to shoot- I was turned on to Crossbow's by my Amish Neighbor, After buying a nice 400 FPS Barnett w/ 18" power stroke, I started making my own Bolts, I found that Gold Tip Nitro was 13.8 GPI (grains per inch) adding 70 grains of behind the point- GT FACT system, I now have 602 grain Bolts ,w/ Bohning's Co X Bolt vane fetching made for Crossbows, I'm shooting 200+lbs of KE (kinetic energy) 3X's recommend for Bison, Bear or Moose- More than enough for Elk,With all that KE and heavy bolts(I'm 12.5% FOC) I needed a" High Quality Scope"that I could sight in to go w/ the powerful Crossbow-This High Quality Crossbow Scope was just what I needed, it took me 6 shots until I was grouping my Custom Crossbow Bolts in a 3" area at 60 yards. It is Super Easy to set up (just read the directions)the illumination is Very nice, Red or Green, both are easily adjusted for brightness, the Variable FPS adjustment is perfect for my "Custom Bolts" I had to beef up my "Cube" target so as not to blow thru it- I have the ability to Bow hunt again, I thank Amazon for selling the much required Scope I needed at a very reasonable price, Thanks for those who take the time to review the items I and others who live far out from town

I replaced my broken LUMIX speed ring scope for this one. Mounted on my PSE Fang HD rated at 405fps. This scope sights in a little different than the speed ring. To set this scope up you first set your speed to the advertised speed of your bow. Shoot at 10 yards and adjust windage & elevation. Once that’s good move to 20 yards and do the same. Then move back to 50 yards and sight in still using elevation & windage. Once 50 is zero’d put the caps back on adjustment, you won’t need them anymore. Move back to 20 yards and shoot center. If high, move your speed dial DOWN or slower. Keep moving until your hitting the center. This calibrates your scope to the speed. Now every pin will be dead on up to 100 yards! I verified by shooting at 30, 40 and 60 yards. The 50 pin is dead center of scope and doesn’t move when you move speed dial. My speed dial is set at 325fps even though it’s rated at 405fps. Don’t let that scare you. Overall I’m very pleased with this scope. Easy to sight in and see through. We’ll see how long it last. My last scope didn’t last a month when the glass broke inside.

Good product I guess, never got it. Paid $100 and Amazon delivered it to the wrong house.

I was semi skeptical like anybody would be on a budget when buying accessories for a bow. But all I can say is Wow! I was truly impressed enough with this scope that i have since bought a second one. I have them mounted on a Wicked Ridged RDX 400... 400 fps, and a Parker Challenger 2 at 300 fps. Both bows are well within a 2 inch group from 20 yards all the way to 80 yards. Like a 5 dot target is required or your gonna spend a lot of money replacing arrows from robin-hoods. AT 90 and 100 yards.. the group varies but its not the scopes fault, wind, elevation, and other factors begin to play a bigger role on how the arrow performs in flight. But my wicked ridge did punch a complete pass through last fall at 93 yards and i didn't hesitate to shoot based on how the scope and bow performed in target practice. Only thing you will need that isn't included in this perfect bundle package... is a range finder. Otherwise i have referred it to several friends who have purchased it. Packaging is great, the scope is great, and performs better than many of ten points high dollar pro views. Now that i am used to this scope, takes 4 shots to have a zero on this scope. That is unboxing, mounting and shooting without a red dot arrow bore sight.Water and fog proof make it a must for all of us budget hunters out here. Good Luck chasing those swamp donkeys!

I followed the instructions then shot it in ten yard increments out to 60 yards busting bullseye with a barnett whitetail pro. Great product so far. Nice upgrade from the stock scope. Clear lenses and good eye relief.

I really wanted to like this scope. I used a padded bench vise and a level to ensure proper mounting and alignment of the scope on my Centerpoint Sniper 370. After adjusting the diopter about 420 degrees, the sight picture was very clear with good light gathering capability. I also liked the infinitely adjustable illumination of the circles/dots. The yardage numbers were always clear and easy to read. My Sniper reportedly shoots 380 grain field tips at 370 fps. I was using 425 grain Bloodsport hunter field tips probably moving at about 350 fps. I sighted the scope in at twenty yards using the twenty yard circle in the scope and it was perfect. When I moved back to thirty yards and using the thirty yard circle in the scope, the shots were a little low. Each time I reduced the fps adjustment on the scope, the arrows shot even lower. This is exactly opposite of what should happen. Reducing the fps setting on the scope should raise the POI (Point of Impact), not lower it.In the picture, you can see the arrow at the bottom of the target was shot with the scope set at 325 fps and the two above it were shot with the scope set at 425 fps. All three arrows were shot from a rest at 30 yards measured by my Nikon range finder using the thirty yard circle in the scope with the POA being the center target. As you can see, the two arrows shot at 425 fps are touching. I normally would never shoot at the same spot at thirty yards (replacing bolts/arrows gets expensive), but I wanted visual evidence to show that it was not the shooter. As I said, this scope has some nice features, but the fps issue renders it useless. Maybe it is a one-off manufacturing defect, but with bow season opening in three weeks, I don't have time to return it and take the chance of a new one having the same problem.

Clear optics would prefer crosshairs rather than dots and circles but will probably get use to it after a while
