The plastic hose is flexible but I have found that the funnel is a bit small. So if you pour water somewhat quickly the funnel will overflow. If the funnel was a bit larger then I would rate the overall product higher.

I threaded the tube down through the back of our tree, close to the trunk. I was able to somewhat hide the green funnel at the top of the tube in an inconspicuous spot near the back. The tubing is very flexible and light weight, so I used twist ties to secure both the funnel and the tubing to prevent movement when we poured water through it. I enjoyed not climbing under the tree to add water every day. However I need to find an easy way to check the water level in the tree pan now!

We have a cute little village around our tree but my husband is a giant destroying the village when watering the tree-solution this dandy funnel. Does not leak, long enough to reach the tree stand and be at about shoulder height to 5ft 2in me. Glad to see my village people are alive and well while using this!

When you pour the water the hose tends to change position as it is pretty flimsy and where the end of the hose is pointing or doesn’t stay in the base all together so then the water spills outside of the tree stand.
