Really cute, and a good size. Not so large that sugar sits unused, but not so big that it needs filling every day.I prefer to hold my sugar bowl while I scoop the sugar out (less spillage), and this fits nicely in my hand, without being so oversized that gripping it feels insecure - being glass, that matters. One criticism? - it would have been even easier to grip if the “pattern†had been on the outside rather than inside.The top’s secure, but not so tight that you risk dropping it when it “cuts looseâ€. The lid seems to sit evenly around the bowl, with no gaps.The opening is large enough that scooping sugar into it is easy. If you prefer to pour the sugar directly from the bag?, it might get messy. The opening seems large enough to accommodate easy cleaning, but don’t expect to get your hand in there - it’s not That large - but the container isn’t so deep that it’s hard to get to the bottom.What I like best is that there’re no cut-out for the spoon - it’s an exterior holder - so no problems with ants scenting it and invading. I’m in Florida, and “sugar ants†are a thing - not only are they avidly attracted to sweets, but they’re so tiny they’re not much bigger than a grain of sugar.

Nice size for a coffee sugar bowl and very cute. Plus I can easily see how much sugar is in it. Would be great for honey too.
