These are great for taking noise out of your HF coax. I just put them over the coax, snap them in place, and the noise level goes down. Not real expensive either. Use them everywhere.

Many of the magnets are broken when arrived. The are too small and thin to be effective for RF Reduction.

the aperture is large, which is good for coax, but the ferrite is very thin, so doesn't provide much common mode blocking impedance at HF frequencies.

Die Ferritkerne sind einfach an Stromleitungen anzulegen. Sie filtern dann das 50Hz-Störgeräusch aus dem Stromkreis, so dass Audioanlagen dieses Brummen kaum noch hörbar machen. Die Ferritkerne sind jederzeit wieder vom Kabel lösbar. Sie werden durch 2 Kunststoffgreifer zusammengehalten.

These little wonders are great, especially if you are still dealing with wired audio: yep I'm old style. Anyway, I had an old speaker that always seemed to buzz when playing music. I put this on the wire coming from the stereo and the buzzing stopped. I added a few on my landline phone wires, (see comment above) and buzz stopped there as well. It was well worth the purchase, in my situation anyway.

Die Ferrits sind leider nicht gut verpackt. Bei mir waren 4 Kerne zerbrochen und der ganze Staub der Bruchstellen in der Tüte verteilt. Deutet das vielleicht sogar auf eine geringe Qualität der Kerne hin? Ich weiß es nicht.Davon abgesehen machen die Ferrits einen vernünftigen Eindruck und sind passgenau. Man sollte seine Kabel gut messen. Die 13mm Ferrits sind schon sehr groß und für die meisten normalen Label nicht geeignet. Aber das hängt natürlich vom Kabel selbst ab und soll hier nicht negativ gewertet werdenDennoch nur zwei Sterne, weil eben so viele defekt waren.
