Buy this if you're using 1/4 inch lines, typically to the rears. I'm happy. If I do it right I won't need them. Better to have them than not. Inexpensive. Worth for keeping in your toolbox.

Overall these fittings will work fine for all general brake line repairs. They seem very comparable to all of the other budget fitting sets available.Fit and finish are satisfactory. Sizing is appropriate. The one caution I give is that you don't over-tighten these because then you run the risk of stripping threads...and then you probably have to redo flares. So use common sense and be realistic that these aren't using the highest grade of brass-ish metal, and you'll be fine

My husband needed fittings for replacing his brake line on an old 98 Dodge.The fittings look of decent quality and he loved that each set of fittings are individually wrapped.

The kit is as advertised and seems to be decent quality. I used this for my 1972 gran torino to replace a Stripped nut flare.No issues.good price.
