Yes I put these on each hanger in my bedroom closet and even though I have only seen 1 carpet Beatle before buying these I haven't seen anything since so I guess they are working. Better to be safe than sorry.

Very disappointed. Like another reviewer, I opened box upon arrival and NO smell, to the nose, deep inhale, no odor, nothing, even after vigorously sanding. Back to Amazon the blocks AND the cedar wood rings go. Was really hoping for better quality. Maybe I got a bad box, too.

We had a moth infestation and took forever to get rid of them. After a while we finally did but we would see 1 or 2 flying around randomly. At times we would open closet doors in other bedrooms and 1 would randomly fly out. We were worried they were in crevices that we werent able to see and were breeding. Purchased these just in case to put in tall the closests- and we havn't seen any since. Thank the lord. We now have them floating throughout the house just as a precautionary. Never do I want to go through that again.

I bought some cedarwood oil and gave these blocks a boost with the oil. They now sit out of sight on the carpet beneath our two sofas, and I'm hoping they will deter wool moths from return to eat the carpet. We got rid of the moth infestation using carpet-moth powder, which was great.

Firstly, it does keep the moth away so far. That is something I greatly appreciate, after being invaded by this wretched moths so beastly that more than half of the winter clothes I had, which were wool were practically eaten up. I was devastated when I had to put them in plastic bags and take them to the tip!This rings are so easy to hang in the wardrobe, and they smell so good!!! Lately I have seen two moths in two different days, and noticed they were wabbly. Now that I have the rings I feel safer!
