Pusher Fans

The push fan is installed on the grille side (front) of the radiator core, pushing air through the radiator core. Fresh air enters through the grille and is then pushed through the radiator core before being discharged from the back of the radiator. Push fans are usually used in areas with limited space for push fans of suitable size.

Puller Fans

The puller fan is installed on the engine side (back) of the radiator core and draws in air through the radiator core. Fresh airflow is pulled through the grille, then pulled through the core, and then discharged from the back of the radiator. When the space between the front of the engine and the rear of the radiator core is not limited, a traction fan is the ideal and most common way to install a fan.

It moves a lot of air. Quiet enough for me. Price was right. Received new, not used or returned. This part is important to me. Let’s hope it will last a long time

No Instructions on how to mount using kit, wiring of course is nowhere near long enough or able to use plug connector, would have been nice if gave wire gage which happens to be #16 haven't actually mounted it yet as I had to order some #16 AWG appears to be of good quality and is heavy sturdy which I hope means will last for awhile. Packaging should have been better, small box with just paper protection the center of fan busted thru the manuf box, no damage as this was the fan metal center - Note : Asked for mounting instructions was given wiring details. Found a vid on how supposed to mount. Wiring details don't make any sense as the fan specs call out for 11 Amp or less draw, so thinking using a 10A fuse. Greatly higher Amp said to use could cause the fan to burn up without even tripping the fuse/ circuit.

Didnt like the mounting either, so i just used zip ties. Cut the connector off of ground and stuck a ring terminal on it. That way i had the other end i needed for 12v and also soldered in a fuse holder inline. Worked like this for a month, now its already making grinding noises
