These appear to be good bobbers. I would guess they would be great for fishermen. But I bought them for a craft project and it was perfect because they came in 3 sizes. The balance I will give to my fisherman friend.

I USE THIS BOBBERS ONLY FOR INDICTORS WHEN FISHING FROM THE SHORE FISHING FOR CRAPPIE, TROUT ANY SHORE FISHING , . PLACE A SWIVAL OR PIECE OF WIRE TO THE TOP/BOTTOM OF THE BOBBER AND PLACE ON THE FISHING LINE UNDER THE ROD .,WHEN THE BOBBER HITS THE BOTTOM OF THE ROD THE BOBBER SETS THE HOOK IN THE MOUTH OF THE FISH AND THERE YOU GO GOT ONE!!!

These have no hole for the clamp to lock into so on casting the line comes loose and the bobber goes flying. I've lost several. I won't order again.
