I was searching for a woodruff key for my back pack blower. I knew it had to be metric. Checked all the local hardware stores and couldn’t find what I was looking for. Product arrived with the dividers mostly not intact. All the keys were mixed together. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them come in a sorted tray. *UPDATE* Seller contacted me and refunded the item. Great customer service!

Ordered a box of parts received a mess.The plastic organizer box was destroyed in shipping. Only the lid stayed in one piece, the bottom of the box cracked and split into several pieces. Nearly all of the partitions detached allowing everything to mix together, plastic dividers and woodruff keys into one mess. The bubble wrap sealed around the box was the only thing keeping everything together. The box arrived as trash. Wasted an hour cleaning, sorting and repacking items. Great Deal !!!Perhaps, packing larger and heavy pieces into their own small heavy duty plastic bags would help or adding foam rubber padding inside the box to stop movement of parts.

Product is just what i needed, just wasnt expecting to have to spend an hour sorting them out. Not a deal breaker by any means but better packaging would be nice.

Replaced the crankshaft key in my lawnmower after hitting a survey stake. Works perfectly. Did I need the other sizes? Nope. But every mower manufacturer uses a different size, and mine certainly did not identify the size needed in the manual. For around $20 I have a supply for myself and my neighbours just in case.
