It's a good kit to drill and remove frozen flow plugs but to really use the tools properly, one must remove most of the engine components in and around the subject area. I still could not get to the last glow plug near the fire wall due to the lack of clearance. It's no fault of the kit as it does work. I'm a seasoned machinist and I still needed to pay attention to every detail to find success. This is a professional kit to be used by an experienced mechanic- do buy it for your best shop/ mechanic- don't buy it for an evening of repair with a few beers-

Worked like a charm. Threaded head broke off this one and just had to tap the glow plug shaft for extractor press.

I’m a fairly good mechanic, can’t figure out how it works. NO INSTRUCTIONS. I was able to get my glow plugs out without having to use this tool.

The tool did what was advertised!! It is super critical that you get the hole drilled strait, if you don't you will have to get a new head!the only way that I could get the last chunk of glow plug out was to fire up the engine and blow it out. DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THE CAR WHEN DOING THIS YOU WILL BE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL !!!! PUT A BLANKET OVER THE ENGINE OR SOMETHING TO CATCH THE CHUNK!!! BE CAREFUL. I just wanted to give a disclaimer. It also cleans out the cylinder from debris. Your also probably going to need a 10mmx1.0 helicoil kit or what ever your threads are. good luck!

Looks like a good kit, have not used it yet, but it looks as good as much more expensive kits.
