Very light weight and versatile for a floor scrubber. Easy to operate and does a great job on tile. Would definitely recommend. We use it in a high traffic area that has seen a lot of sand and dirt and cleaned it with ease.

This 13" Heavy-duty Multi-Functional Floor Buffer Polisher Machine is the perfect size for consumer use. This machine comes with a very useful quality set of brushes and pads that will handle all the scrubbing, buffing and polishing for multi-floor use. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow - took about 15 minutes to simply install the handle and the tank. Operating this machine i a breeze and it's very easy to control and maneuver because of it relatively small size. All you have to do is add some floor cleaning solution ,attach a pad to the velcro base and flip on the power switch. Oh, and btw this machine is pretty quiet while in operation. My only complaint is that the tank didn't fit well so was tricky to install. One other is i that the tank dispenser is gravity feed and dispenses too much solution no matter where the flow valve screw is set. All in all thought, its a great machine.

Purchased this machine for commercial purposes. Not only is it nearly silent while running, it does as good of a job if not better than similar models sold. It was priced competitively, light weight, extra long cord length, scrubs and cleans superior to similar models, very easy to use/operate and offers an array of pads/brushes for multiple uses and functions. Very pleased!

this machine is very light weight and easy to operate we run a carpet cleaning business this unit is definitely an asset to our operation. I would highly recommend this unit. Simon was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. We are considering purchasing a few more of these units.

I have some very old hardwood floors in my house. Much buildup of dirt on the floor, other damage from 70 years of wear. The manual really does not tell you anything. Figured out how, used it, got another product to help restore the stain, finish and shine. They look great. This machine helped to make the tough job easier. Really recommend it. Customer Service is helpful and friendly.

I run a carpet cleaning business on the side and have various machines I use (175, crb and oreks). I was looking for something small to replace my orek and took a chance on this machine. The machine runs smooth and is very quiet. Very easy to carry in and the electrical cord is long so I'm not chasing outlets. Highly recommend it!
