Direct replacement for 2006 x5 BMWComes with everything needed to include a new sensor at the bottoms of the tank.I recommend plenty of lube either dielectric grease or silicone paste/grease or Vaseline on all O-rings and the both on the male and female side of all fittings.It’s not the easiest jobs as BMSWs are engineered quite differently but if you’re handy you will be just fine. Have a grain pan ready and some new coolant, now might be the time to do a coolant change anyways.So far it seems to be of good quality, time will tell how long it will last but overall great price for a great product that fits the first time.

I took my time to install this part, thinking there was nothing wrong with it when I opened it from the packaging. Only to find out once I had everything installed that the float indicator was broken. Since I waited to long to install the part I’m out of the refund period.

At the last minute, so I ordered this coolant reservoir and received within 2 days. It actually worked out great in my 04' BMW X3 E83. Not sure how long it will last, but the last one I replaced with a brand name and it lasted only 4 years and cost a heck a lot more. Time will tell.

Fit just like the OEM tank. Wall of tank felt durable as well. Great value for the money with everything matching the original tank making it an easy install and no leaks.
