Great multiple sizes n half the price of usual ss nails. Just the right amount too. I'm a painter so only use occasionally n not forced to spend a ton of money on different sizes I don't need at hardware store

These brad nails are good. They look just like the ones I have bought from the hardware store in the past, and they generally work well. I had a few hiccups, but I can’t decide whether the hiccups had to do with my nailing tool or just the nails. The initial hiccup was with the 1 ½“ nails. They worked very smoothly until the line of nails seemed to abruptly separate in the middle. Maybe I accidentally caused a weak point, but they do seem prone to it, and I haven’t had that trouble in the past. Later, with the 2” nails, I experienced the same separation, but I also experienced periodic jams. That said, my nailing tool is only rated for 2” and this is the first time I have maxed out the size, so it is possible I would experience issues with any brads that size.Overall, I am happy with these brad nails, but I am don’t have 100% confidence in them. It’s possible my issues are issues I would have experienced with any brand.

I needed, ideally, 10-20 each 1” & 1-1/4”brads to attach my custom-made caps to our new porch rails. Started to settle for a 1000-brad box of galvanized 1-1/4’s for the damp, shady location; however, the galvanizing on small brads is so thin it’s basically useless. These gave me more options for present and future outside projects, will last longer, are slower to rust & stain, & didn’t cost but a few dollars more.

At $17 for this assortment of 1200, that's a little steep. I figure if you're a hobbyist and use just a few at a time, then this might be right for you. I bought this assortment right in time for me to be in the finishing stages of a remodel, and I blew through all 600 of the long sizes in two days installing floor trim and quarter round, then blew through most of the shorter sizes doing wainscoting in a hallway and den. The nails themselves are of acceptable quality, but my only issue is the price. I can walk into any of the big box stores and buy boxes of any one size for about ten bux for 1,000 count. So like I said, if you're a hobbyist or casual DIYer, this assortment might be for you, but if you're a contractor or handyman or whatnot, you'd be money ahead buying the sizes you need in bulk.

I use it with a Milwaukee brad nailer. It works fine. I just ordered more of these because I am running out of one of the brad sizes. Once I figure out which sizes I use the most, I’ll start looking for brads of a specific size, but for now, this variety pack is what I need.
