I bought this in a rush for my 2 year old granddaughter who is just discovering coloring. My daughter thought rolls of paper would be easy to store and provide a good amount of paper every day. This is true but the wooden paper roll holder and cutter are truly inferior. The wooden holder does not stay together. The wood is very cheap and rough. The cutter came loose after a few cuts and doesn't cut cleanly. My husband is considering trying to glue it together and add more support as well as a coat of poly, but we'll probably throw it in the trash and look for something else.

I don’t mind putting something together but instructions are nice I had to go off the picture on Amazon not difficult but the dales (rods) are also not long enough they fall out so they don’t hold the paper. All in all the wood quality also isn’t good and holes don’t line up and the screws well don’t mess up because then you have to get your own wood glue and figure out how to fix it. The “cutter thing was broke so can’t use that either expected more I guess. The paper is nice when looking for a positive.

No instructions. No screws to put it together, no instructions. Looks simple so I don’t need instructions, and I can go buy screws. The dowels are just a little too long, the end pieces can’t fit flush against the long piece unless I trim the dowels. Other than that, it looks nice and the individual parts look solid enough. So if you are willing to do some DIY it’s fine.

Do not buy this. Horribly constructed and dowels are too short. Holes and screws do not line up.

Needed this for kids present. Turns out there are quality issues. Screws are way too short. Wood is warped and to do a decent assembly good wood glue will be required. Had to order a replacement hoping for a less warped side piece. Will eat the cost of proper screws…
