Dishwasher-safe drain tray
Excess fat and other residues are collected in the removable drain tray. This prevents smoke development and burnt flavors. After use, the drain tray can simply be emptied and cleaned in the dishwasher.

Like everything about it, the heat distributes evenly, can cook anything you want, the only thing I don't like is the grease pops everywhere. Makes a mess in the surrounding area.

My father loves to cook and he really enjoy it!, is easy to use and clean, but sometimes the oil gets under the metal plate that i'm afraid to use the screwdriver to quit the screws and damage the cooking plate, and the instructions didn't say where or how can we clean it, but besides all that is a good purchase.

The heat was inconsistent. It cycles on and off, but not to maintain a constant temperature. Also, I didn’t realize this would be an issue for me, but the heat controls were simply numbered 1-5. The temperature at each level was not a set degree.The day after I received this, I tested it by making a couple of pancakes (heat level 3-4). All seemed well. Then, I turned it up to high (heat level 5) to make a couple of homemade tortillas. The griddle heated up, but would cycle off and on, remaining off for more than a minute before turning on again. This did not maintain the proper heat for my needs.

El calor está bien distribuido en toda la superficie, la comida queda asada uniformemente. El termostato tiene 5 niveles de calor, recomiendo calentar en nivel 5 al encender y luego bajar el nivel a 3, aunque depende del tipo de comida a cocinar. Es relativamente liviana y tiene un buen diseño. Hecha en china bajo estándares Alemanes. La recomiendo mucho!
