Every an extensive search we decided to try this set. My son has recently taken an interest in ww2. We wanted something good quality, but not so expensive he could play with them like kids do. This was a good middle ground. The pieces feel pretty durable accept maybe the gun on one of the tanks, but that's to be expected. They are die cast models. We ended up buying a second set just so he would have double the soldiers. I wish we could find a set of these army men without the vehicles. It would be great to have the option to buy additional soldiers only. Over all we are pleased with these.
