Like many others, I am not using them for hockey. I am using them for rubber feet. I have cats and I vacuum and mop a lot. Cat trees, floor standing home theater speakers and so on sit flat on the floor and trap dirt under them or can be damaged from moisture when mopping. I put these hockey pucks under them to raise them up. I didn't think Id like them as much as I did but I've ordered more as I found more places to put them.They have a slight smell that is like a new car tire. It's not a strong as some other rubber products, but it will be noticeable. Just let them air out in the garage in or in the sun for awhile and it will diminish.The mesh bags are somewhat meh and its not a big deal.

I was looking for some cheap practice pucks that still feel the same for my son to practice outdoor shooting. These fit the bill, though are chipping away a bit. They came as sets of 6 in 3 separate mesh bags, which felt like kind of a waste.

Yes; they smell funny... If I was going to be wearing them I might not give them any stars... Why is everyone smelling hockey pucks? I drilled mine easily with a forestner bit without freezing them and they did exactly what I wanted them to do

Bag o pucks. They're sticky out of box but glides fine once it hits the ice and moisture gets that factory gunk off. . If you plan to use them on synthetic ice it doesn't glide very well straight out of box so once it gets a bit dusty, it works just fine.
