This tool is just the ticket for removal and installation of deep recessed motorcycle spark plug applications that call for a thin walled socket, where normal deep sockets won’t work. Great price point for a tool you’ll be glad you have on hand!

My original spark plug tool was only functional for 18mm and not 5/8 (16mm) while this one works for both sizes. Since I use both sizes and don't wish to carry any more weight than necessary, this is a handy tool to keep in my motorcycle tool kit. It also makes removal and installation faster since I can use the hex end with a wrench versus using the pass-through rod to loosen and to make tight. The hole for the rod to pass through is not drilled correctly on one side, so a bit of a quality control issue, but I can still use it OK and so decided to keep this lower cost item as useful enough.

Need a plug tool for my 02 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Works and fits in the plug sleeves perfectly. And no need to pull the chrome cylinder head covers for the exhaust plugs either. Good strong construction. For the price I paid for it I figured it would be cheap material but this thing feels like a good heavy tool. Highly recommend this if u need one for a vt1100 c2 Sabre.

At 6†long it is too long by 1 inch to fit 86 XR250R. Other Amazon offerings were too short. I ended up cutting 1.5 inches off and pounding the 16mm end square to get a wrench on. Works but I’ll eventually just buy the correct tool from Honda.Other than that I have no complaints about the quality

I bought this as part of a dedicated took kit for a Honda EU2200i generator using an NGK CR5HSB spark plug. The 16mm (5/8") end fit snuggly and the body extended far enough out of the spark plug access panel for me to use the leverage bar to turn the plug. Note: the 18mm end advertised as "45/64" actually fits the nominal "11/16"" plugs. The tool feels of similar quality to those included in factory motorcycle tool kits and should last a long time under occasional use.
