I have been using these knee pads for about 6 months or more. So sturdy. Keeps my janky knee in place! They are TIGHT at first, but you just have to break them in. I can even get them over loose/baggy pants and stuff!

I am happy with the quality/price ration when it comes to these knee pads. Now, I know there are some fancier knee pads out there when it comes to derby gear, but quite frankly, these knee pads have served me well so far without spending an arm and a leg.What I like about these pads is that they are not bulky and still provide decent padding. I practice on a concrete slab and there have been a couple of times when I have gone down hard on my knees and, with these pads on, I honestly felt the impact. Said this, more often than not, these knee pads have worked when it comes to providing protection/padding. Plus, I have team mates who have spent a lot more money on knee pads and have suffered knee problems as a result of a fall even while using their more expensive knee pads.Oh, before I forget, these knee pads do fit quite snug so, if you are a bigger girl, size up!

Nice but run very small!!!!!!! I wear a size 4 pants so i figured size small would fit however they are so tight i can barely get them over my calves. The padding is excellent though. Hoping they will stretch out enough to be comfortable.

I bought these pads for women's roller derby. I'm a smaller skater at 125lbs, and I was looking for something to replace my Smith scabs knee pads, which are great pads but are too wide and long for my small legs. These pads fit my knees perfectly and provide just as much protection as my old, more expensive pads. They are stretching as they break in, so I'll be adding gaskets underneath to help them stay in place. In the meantime I'm taping them to make sure they don't move, and have had no issues with them slipping. Heavier skaters may want to invest in the 187 pros, but for me the flys are great. They are marked for left or right, and they are slip on (no butterfly closure).

I ordered these knee pads for my kid about a week ago (on a Wednesday) and I had got notified later that day the seller already shipped them out. Then 2 days later (on a Friday) my kid had got the package In the mail(and I had gotten free shipping). The package had come all the way from Wisconsin and got to our door in San Diego, CA in two days! They were really excited and couldn't wait to use the pads at the skatepark! We found a sizing chart online and ordered a small and they fit really good and snug! Me and my kid were very happy with the seller (super fast shipping) and by the time my kid grows out of these we WILL be ordering from this seller again!

We purchased the same item before, and this item was much smaller than previously. Would like to return, but now can’t because it’s outside a return window and never worn. Do not use the same company or order a size up.

My son really wanted these, so we bought them for him for Christmas. I love how they cover his whole knee and he can slide and crash down on them without even flinching. Best pads out there.

I can't find knee pads that aren't part of a whole children's set at my local skateshops or outdoors store. I'm so glad I was able to get a pair that fits here. They are great quality and the shipping was fast. Now I can learn to skate safely! Note to other small ladies out there: don't get the medium knee pads even if you measure for it. Especially of the pro knee pads. I made that mistake and they are huge.
