I have a gas caddy. Noone sells the rubber washers for gasoline use. Put 1 of these in , tighten up as much as possible by hand. It won't leak. Gas expands the washer - if not tight enough it won't work. Non of the black rubber washers have worked

These things seal up great preventing leaking and over tightening. Additionally, they don't break down and crack like rubber washers. 1000% better than rubber washers.

The washers are ever-so-slightly smaller than one-inch diameter. When coupled to the faucet, they do seal well, but often fall out when uncoupled. 25mm is not the same as 1-inch, and sometimes the difference is important.

I previously ordered a rubber set, but they were too thin. These silicone seals were more durable and of great quality. Certainly, as described.

These worked like a charm. I will never go back to rubber washers or the ones sold under the big gardening brand names. I have only used them for a few weeks but so far so good. I replaced all the washers on my garden hoses and attachments as I was having issues with water dripping. And not a drip in site with these. Time will tell how long they last. The 50 count was nice too since I needed quite a few (I have 4 garden hoses for various sections of my garden and quite a few attachments).
