They’re not that big, but definitely big enough to feed an small—adult crested gecko. So far they hold up nicely, just wish I was able to get biodegradable ones instead of plastic.

While these are a little larger than the cups you can get at pangea, they work just as well for my large geckos. They don't suction at all, which is completely fine for me, and they're easy to dispose of. :)
