The picture on this item shows the charging prongs are parallel to the side clips. It should fit the Fitbit Alta. I ordered twice, I keep getting the charger where the charger prongs are perpendicular for the Fitbit Alta HR. I'm returning and buying somewhere else.

Verified that charging problem was due to a failure of the original charging clip. Time will tell if it lasts as long or even longer than the oem clip.

Bought this in Oct 24…it’s Dec 3,24 and it stopped charging my Fitbit after one use.

The product in the picture shows a vertical two prong port, which is what I need for my Fitbit. The product that showed up has a horizontal two port connector, which doesn’t work on my Fitbit.
