I bought two of these, one being one size smaller than the other, in the hopes that (as with other brands I’ve used) the specs would reflect actual size and the former would nest and slide inside the latter. No. The pieces are OUT OF SQUARE to the point of being mildly trapezoidal when viewed end-on. The 10mm O.D. Piece in particular measured 10.3 x 8.8 mm, which is quite a bit in some applications. If your project does not require precision an approximations of the specified dimensions are acceptable, then I suppose this brand will suffice.

This carbon fiber tube has extremely straight and flat sides which is important as I’m using this as the gantry for a custom Core XY 3d printer. I’ll be mounting a linear rail directly to this tube.The height and width measured slightly larger than 20mm, mine was around ~20.23mm for each side. This is a reasonable tolerance for a carbon fiber composite tube and won’t affect my application.
