Working on a project I contacted and asked some questions with a reply with some recommendations. This connector among with another connector was suggested so I ordered them.So right off the bat.1. When I ordered them it may took I think 3 days to get them so it was a timely manner to receive them.2. When removing them from the package the feel of them in my hands feel good. You can tell the plastic is not the cheap kind that will break.3. Length of the pigtail is great. Make a mistake and still have room to correct.4. Comes pre-soldered at the tips so it makes it easy to solder to more wire or componate attaching to.5. Package says waterproof. The 2 sides of the connector is a tight fit. One end has a o-ring on it that actually does keep water out with a ring that screws on to keep the 2 sides of the connector tightly together. You will have to make sure the other end is not exposed to water where you soldered other wise it does not make sense for it to be waterproof.6. Current. I am not sure the exact amount of amperage it will handle and I am sure it will handle upto 10 amps atleast.7. Inside or outside. Defently it's both. Don't have to worry it coming apart or deteriorating being outside.All in all. This is the best connector I seen for the projects I do. Making it easy to split ot reconnect make my projects easier to manage installing and removing. I am recommending this connector.Did notice that other customer reviews say it don't fit other connectors and may be true just remember that these connectors come with both sides and if your trying to mix match them with other and older ones then yes you may have problems. It may be better to replace both sides for a better connection.

I used one for rewiring a fake Christmas tree that has two parts so we can easily take the tree apart for storage

These connectors are positive attachments for my Nixie Clock and they won't pull apart like the ones which came with the kit. This is a good design. They're waterproof and can't be connected with the wrong polarity ! ! I love 'em.

With an o-ring seal on these connectors they appear to be just what I was looking for if I have an issue I will update this review but so far they look perfect for my application

Cable is well made but would not work with my projects with Govee Outdoor LED Strip Lights. May work if your willing to splice both cable end and Govee Outdoor LED Strip Lights., sorry but should work for everything2 stars off for not working
