There is a major safety issue with this swing. The screw at the top comes lose very easily. And even with checking it to make sure it's tight, the screw top came off. My grandson, 1 year old, fell from the swing and hit his face and head on the floor. This product has a major safety issue and should be recalled.

My 9 month old LOVES this thing. Recently he has started using his feet to spin himself in circles. BEWARE, some-how my boy has spun himself enough that the top I-hook came undone from the top support bar. Luckily, he wasn’t far enough off the ground, and he was on carpet but the whole swing and chain assembly came crashing down on him. It’s light weight, so no injuries but just putting in this comment so others are aware. We solved it by adding a lock nut on the top. Otherwise, we love it!!

My son LOVES it, however, we learned the hard way it is UNSAFE. It doesn’t have a swivel so when he was spinning, the top screw eventually came undone and he fell on the floor.
