Couldn't be happier with this garden hoe/rake. I was a little skeptical with the durability of it because the bar comes in 5 pieces but after assembly and trying it out I can say it's very durable and holds up well. Assembly only took about 2 minutes. Each bar screws into the next with a hollow and strong plastic that's attached to each bar. Once you attach every bar it's extremely long. I'm 5'11" and it's taller than me so you don't necessarily have to use every bar. I normally only use four of the bars because it's more effective with for my size and puts less stress on the bar. The claws are made of a strong metal and have a really nice point on them that haven't broken down after several uses. The claws even come capped so you can assemble it with ease without poking or scratching yourself. I'm really happy with how well it works. I get thorny weeds that grow in my yard and this tool works well pulling them up by the root and is great to level the dirt. It even works great with snow. I live in upstate New York and sometimes the snow freezes and creates an icy slippery surface and I've used this tool to break up that icy surface to get better traction to the walkway at my house. Overall I couldn't be happier with this product. It's versatile, durable and I get so much use out of it in all seasons. Highly recommend it!
