Why did Olaine Prolong 10 mm of the backing on all mailbox numbers?
You had these problems when you used mailbox numbers before. “Could not separate the numbers from both sides of the plastic” or “uneasy to install”. Today, Olaine optimizes this mailbox number stickers to an extent 10 mm of the backing, which will completely solve the pain of being unable to separate the backing paper. Gently pinch the extent ends, and the backing paper will separate immediately, then you can apply the numbers in a minute.
Why 10 mm? The length of 10 mm is equivalent to the width of a thumb, which is perfect for pinching to peel the backing off. Olaine is willing to paying higher costs, just want our valued customers to experience a simpler installation method. Times are progressing. It is time to change the way to apply mailbox numbers.
Why did Olaine pre-cut all the number stickers?
Numbers spaced so narrow that it takes a good amount of control to not accidentally cutting into another number. Also, it is difficult to align when installing with number frames of different sizes. Our mailbox numbers for outside are all pre-cut, which will save you the trouble of accidentally cutting the desired number in half. And the spacing between all numbers is correct, which will make you line up and especially spaced correctly.
Why did you choose transparent PET backing but not yellow paper backing?
Mailbox numbers with yellow paper backing will have the problem: the numbers were more interested in sticking to the backing than the adhesive sheet. The yellow paper is soft, so the numbers are easy to get stuck into them. While clear PET backing is thicker, the number decals will not get stuck and will stick to the adhesive film easily. Also, clear PET backing can protect well against the adhesive rather than the usual paper backing during shipping, to ensure numbers firmly stick on your mailbox once placing.

Easy to apply and look nice. They have adhered well through a variety of weather conditions for a couple of years now. The reflectiveness is nice, highly readable. The size was just right for my mailbox.

I bought a few different sizes of these numbers to dress a new mailbox. I previously had used stick-on letters and other such methods, but decided to go with these rub-on numbers this time. In a word, they are awesome! They look great, are easy to apply (the instructions are really good and there are videos available to see how it's done). Let's see how long they hold up, but right now, we have the best darn mailbox on the block. Great product!

We were looking to make the numbers on our mailbox more visible to avoid any delivery issues as ours were small and faded. After comparing a few options, we decided to give these Olaine ones a try so we ordered a few sizes.They adhered very well and came with detailed instructions. We ended up with a very visible number that contrasted very well against our dark mailbox. We used the existing transparent backing as a spacing guide and it came out perfect!We installed it on a bright sunny day, and so far, no issues or any peeling. I'm very happy with this purchase!
