NOT COMPATIBLE with the new GEN 5 (2020) FNS500. The new Gen5 (2020) FNS500 model has a needle nose smooth dispensing tip. They work great and are reusable if you treat them well. When done I gently pull them off the tip and throw it in a bottle of mineral spirits and clean the gun tip with the same. The next time I want to use it anything that hasn't dissolved wipes right off the inside and outside. Great for getting into cracks less than 1/4".

Secure these to the nozzle of the foam gun with duck tape to keep them from shooting off. They work well to protect any teflon coating on the tip of a gun's nozzle from scratching off.A little petroleum jelly around the outside of a tip (after taping it on) will significantly retard foam buildup on the tip. This will keep it easy to get into tight spots. After setting the gun aside for a while the tip will clog. Just cut off the end of the tip and keep spraying. You'll have a slightly bigger hole that the foam is coming out of -which can be nicer for some uses. With a bit of care this can be done multiple times with each tip. I find the bigger hole in the tip especially useful for applying foam to an edge of extruded polystyrene to glue it to another sheet/piece. While the original tip opening is best for getting into narrow cracks and such. It's possible to stop spraying for an extended period (over night) and easily resume. Put a dab of petroleum jelly on the end of the tip or wrap the tip with aluminum foil and squirt a tiny bit of foam into the foil (without shooting it off the tip.) Then to resume just wipe the petroleum jelly off or twist the foil+foam cap off and start spraying.

It works okay. But they are way too expensive purchased by the 10 or 12 need to buy them by the casebox whatever

For foam control for small cracks, these are great. Way to expensive for just plastic tips but other than that, they are great.

Don't make the same mistake... I did not pay attention to the finer detail... these will not fit the PRO 14 gun by Dow. They do slide onto the tip but the tip has no barb to hold it... they slide back off.

Overpriced for what they are, and about a quarter of them will split when putting them on my foam gun, no matter how careful I am.When you do get one on without it falling apart, they do help get great stuff into the nooks and crannies. Especially useful for window and door installation.

If you're air-sealing with foam from a can, you will save a _ton_ of foam and get much better sealing with these guys. But you're going to need a lot of them. They last longer if you don't shoot the acetone cleaner through them. Let the foam dry and peel it out / off of these plastic parts.

it would appear that there may be a chemical incompatibility with these tips and great stuff. they went on the gun tight but acceptable. after about half a can go great stuff the plastic splits around the run nipple. repeated this a few times before i went back to the old tip.
