Really nice blinds! Better than expected from a quality and ease of installation perspective. Clear instructions, robust hardware. Nice extras like valance sides. They look really good, arrived fairly quickly, and function wonderfully. Highly recommend!

These are so nice and easy to install. I have a sunroom with five windows and two doors (also with blinds). My dog got ahold of one set of blinds and these were a perfect match to the wooden blinds I have. They look exactly the same and VERY NICE. Will for sure be back when I need additional replacements.

These are nice faux wood blinds. I have used these blinds everyday for a while before writing this review. They are very easy to open & close and to raise & lower even though my blinds are large and cover double windows. They are light weight compared to real wood blinds and seem to be very sturdy. They do have the wood grain look on the slats that some faux wood blinds don't. I have purchased a couple of these now and am very happy with the product. My first box arrived bent, 1 end completely open and metal pieces falling out of a hole in the box. Which was NOT the companies fault (I blame that on the shipping co). I contacted the company and they wanted me to send it back (they would provide a shipping label). I said that was fine but they needed to schedule a pickup because it was to large and heavy for me to carry and load in the car. After some back and forth with this company and amazon because they didn't seem to want to have the item picked up, they wanted me to find the shipper and take it to them, I was asked to take pictures of the box and email them to the company. I was sent out a new one after this. Please be sure to follow the directions on measuring as an 1/8 inch can make a huge difference. They do no offer return shipping. It cost as much to ship it back as it does to buy it. I found this out when I ordered a blind and got a message that the payment didn't go through. Thinking there was an issue with my card I re ordered using a different card because I was not home to check into things at that moment. Well there must have been a glitch in the processing because both cards were actually charged and I got received 2 blinds. 1 Of which I didn't need. It cost way to much to ship it back and they would not bend on that even though it was not my fault. So my final word would be that the blinds are great but not so much when it comes to dealing with the company.

The first two blinds I received had shipping damage, with broken or cracked plastic parts, and had to be lugged to the UPS store and returned. These are fairly heavy items and are not boxed particularly well to prevent damage to the plastic parts if they are roughed up by the shipping company. I received replacements quickly, and the blinds were fortunately intact, but the boxes of hardware contained plastic parts which were also broken. An email to Lumino customer service got a quick response, and resulted in replacement hardware boxes being sent to me right away. Once everything was here, the installation was fairly easy, but definitely required two people for my 63 inch shades. They look and work great and I am very pleased with the result.

I ordered this for my daughter's window which was was very large window. I was able to customize the measurements easily. I got it on time. It fits perfectly fine. And I am very happy with it. Easy to install.First one it got damaged during delivery so I emailed the seller and they were very easy to work with in no time they responded, no questions were asked and offered me either a refund or a replacement. I liked the blind and asked for a replacement so I got a new one and discarded the damaged one. I would buy again from this seller. Thank you very much.

The pandemic made me do it. Since being transitioned to remote work, I spend a lot of time staring at the window/blinds in my home office during soul-crushing conference calls.The old blinds were functional - 20yr old basic 1" mini blinds with a cord that my feline house masters liked to attack. One day, during a work call, I realized that maybe new blinds would upgrade my room and make me ... happier?I always thought I had standard, basic ol' windows in my basic ol' house. I could just go to {insert giant retail store here} and pick up new blinds. Umm, nope. I guess 30" width windows are "custom"?!? Anyway, once I realized I was going to have to ORDER the fancy new window treatments that would change my life, I decided I should also order blinds for the big ol' window in another room. 62" and 30" widths should've been easy to find online at {insert retail hardware store here}. Right?!? Wrong.Once I did find blinds to maybe fit my windows, I realized there were plenty of other options out there to bring happiness without killing my wallet.On the brink of (overly dramatic) despair, I turned to Amazon.I figured it would be somewhat easy to find the blinds in the size, style, and color I envisioned. Umm, wrong again. The pursuit of happiness sure is challenging.But, I found Lumino eventually. And wow!! I found exactly what I needed - for both windows. Less expensive than the offerings at {insert those hardware retail stores}!The blinds arrived days before they were expected, and were super easy to stall. They're quite impressive, sturdy, easy to clean, and most importantly -- give me happiness that only a perfectly shaded window can bring.

Quality was impressive and unfortunately I recieved them damaged. The company replaced Right away and was Very Friendly. Customer Service was exceptional!! Love the Blinds too!! They are very durable and above my expectations!
