I've used other horsehair trim from Amazon and this is my favorite so far. The previous one i tried was incredibly flimsy and would catch on the needle quite often, pulling the braid and causing it to warp. This didn't catch/warp at all while I was sewing it on my machine. I got it to trim skirt for a Sailor Moon commission and was able to trim 5 double-circle skirts with one order (I bought 2 total). Would totally recommend!

I just started making hats. So I purchased the Horsehair to help maintain shape. I never use before even hemming gowns. I was concerned about sewing through with the machine and the quality.I am very happy, for a newbie, to say it was great to work and sew with and no broken needles!!I would buy again. Great price.

it’s super thick and really great quality. the amount that came with it for the price is unbeatable especially for how great the product is. i will be buying this again. worked better then the horsehair i bought at joannes. i love it.
