This is a two pack of aluminum frames, so it shouldn't rust. They are light weight. The kit comes with screws, in case you are unable to use the factory screws. The frame is thin, both in frame dimensions as well as material thickness; so it won't block writing on the plate (that's a requirement here in Texas) and you should be able to re-use the factory screws.

Nice black finish on the license plate frames, but the aluminum is very thin, easily bent. Can't see how these would servive in an automatic car wash. Was at my local Walmart this morning, their frames are at least 2x thicker.
