I installed two home-security cameras high above the ground, but the high-quality DC power supply occupied the entire 120V box, so I needed a splitter to power up each camera. This splitter has functioned perfectly.

I used this to split the 12V DC going to my motorhome's TV, so I could power a Chromecast. The TV's USB port didn't have enough juice to power the Chromecast, and it lost power when I turned the TV off (so it had to go through a lengthy reboot every time I wanted to watch TV). I used this to split the 12VDC and stepped it down to 5V DC to power a USB port, and plugged the Chromecast in. Works great, and it seems like it'll hold up well - but in case it doesn't, I've got a backup from this 2 pack.

I added an ir light to my security camera and needed a power supply this splitter got the job done and was good quality with the two pack I was able to have an extra to install another light at a later date.

Nice way to connect two devices to one power source. Makes firm, secure connections. Materials and build quality look good. About 12-inch total cable length. End connectors can separate about 10-inches. Received as pack of 2.
