It is very safe and convenient to use. The filter has ultra-fine mesh, fine mesh can easily and quickly sift dry ingredients, ideal for filtering flour, sugar, coffee and other dry items, also helps to refine the texture of sauces and separate fine particles from them, effectively saving Time, no more wasting food."

I put this on top of my Yeti to strain the seeds from lemons. Fits perfectly on top of mugs or glasses. The larger size is perfect to wash a few blueberries or raspberries. Seems like good quality. No issues, so far.

Outstanding quality, and a super value. We use them mostly when poaching eggs. Best results ever!

I wanted one to scoop out tiny seeds from grapefruit juice that I squeezed and it needed to fit into the neck of the pitcher I was using. This was perfect.

I use these to strain small amounts of liquid like juicing a couple of lemons and limes. I can sift a small amount of flour or cornstarch to make a quick slurry for thickening agents. Easy to hold over the bowl or pot without making a mess or messing up a larger strainer or colander. I have several on hand

The description states "fine mesh" not as fine as I was hoping. I guess 'fine' is a relative term.In the photo I have attached:a) Sieve #1 is the one I am replacing, which has a hole in it. Bought it years ago, but for some reasonit is hard buying something as a simple as a sieve at the local stores these days!! I use the ground tea shown in the tin, so naturally I need a very fine mesh sieve.b) Sieve #2 is one I got from a Dollar Store. The mesh is more fine than what I bought (Sieve #3).c) Sieve #3 is what I bought.d) Sieve #4 is another one I bought because I was not too sure how fine Sieve #3 would be. In the end the mesh size is/was the same as Sieve #3 (i.e., not 'fine' enough for me).
