These are really pretty! I love the fact that they are thin glass. They are made from Borosilicate glass, which is the kind of glass used for laboratory equipment and are very sturdy. Some people have written they are concerned that the handle will not hold the weight when the pitcher is full, that is not correct. Borosilicate glass is heat proof and durable. This is from Wikipedia:Cookware is another common usage for borosilicate glass, including bakeware. It is used for some measuring cups, featuring screen printed markings providing graduated measurements. Borosilicate glass is sometimes used for high-quality beverage glassware, particularly in pieces designed for hot drinks. Items made of borosilicate glass can be thin yet durable, or thicker for extra strength, and are microwave- and dishwasher-safe.

I just received my 2pack Buaic, 68 oz pitchers purchased from Amazon. I had to tell “everyone†how wonderful these pitchers are! They are of the highest quality glass. The fish scale design is beautiful and they broke the design by changing the design on the bottom! (genius). The lids are so well designed that the pitchers can go right to the table. The lids show the intense engineering that makes them easy to use! I can’t wait for guests to visit so I can show them off! I would have loved to work for a company that produces such a quality product. Oh yes, I have never, ever received anything that well packaged! The foam gave the pitchers the guarantee that they would show up in perfect condition! I hope I haven’t gone on too much but the quality of this companies product and packaging is so rare these days. I’m 84 and my career was in engineering so I appreciate and notice something well done. Please share my appreciation with your design team and the folks in the back putting together the packaging assuring a save arrival. Ok I’m done. Only had this for, man. Maybe two weeks? It hasn't been long. The pitchers are fairly light and the design is really pretty. They hold a bit less than I expected, but enough for what I need. Expect that about 7 cups is enough, rather than trying to fit 8. I usually make around 6 or so.So, I did have one issue pop up, and it's a shame, because I actually really like the look of the lids with the wood. Although both arrived intact, one of the lids ended up splitting apart. The wood seems sealed, and nothing particularly happened, so I think it was just a flaw with that one. I contacted the seller and they got back to me quickly, offering to send a partial refund (~$8) for the broken lid. That's about the price for buying a new (metal, alas) one, so it seems fair enough to me. I haven't had any other issues.As for temperature, I make hot tea in these and then put them in the fridge when they're cool. No problems with the actual lid seals or pouring, but they're also pretty new. I'll update if anything comes up, but so far, I'd still easily suggest getting them, because I think they're really gorgeous, and thankfully lightweight.

This is a lovely thing I can use for entertaining and Sunday dinners. I like that the glass is tempered for hot drinks and that it is strong. It is also very light weight, enough to make me wonder if it would break easily. I've had use for 6 months a couple of times an month and no problem. The lid also has a silicone seal so that if I put carbonated beverages in it, the fizz is still there 2 days later. The kid has a spout for filtering or holding back ice, OR for regular dispensing.The reason I marked 4 stars is because the metal lid that came with it had tarnish marks on the top. Not terrible enough to return but I would have appreciated a totally new looking product.

I love these! They look and feel expensive. I have not experienced any leaking. I use these for juices, kool aid, cold brew container, etc. They look so sophisticated no matter what they are holding. I love the size too - really great purchase!

So elegant and I received compliments as well. It is leak proof and my drinks looks so beautiful when i added custom ice cubes and the handles are pretty sturdy as well

I absolutely love these! I make big batches of looseleaf tea to keep in my refrigerator and this beautiful pitcher is great for that. The glass seems very thin to me so I hand wash them but that isn’t a problem! I think they would make a really cute gift for someone.

Really nice pitchers. I bought a 2pk. They’re beautiful to serve at dining table but also so lovely with iced coffee waiting in fridge. I love that I can pour hot coffee directly from pot into pitcher without fear of cracking. I keep one for coffee and the other empty for whatever drink we choose to serve at functions
