This is a lovely rustic herb drying rack. There are two different racks that that I will be placing in various parts of the house to see where the herbs dry best.The rack's poles are made of wood with hooks screwed into place. Its hooks can be troublesome initially when getting the racks out of the packaging and getting them untangled. However, these hooks are much easier to hang my herbs on than some of the previous hanging methods I've tried.While I do have an electric dehydrator, which is also good for drying herbs, there's just no substitute for the look and smell of herbs drying around the house. It makes a house feel like a home.

This is the perfect little rack to dry my herbs in the sun. Having 2 allows for twice as much. And the mobility of it hooking up allows me to move the racks as needed.
