Don’t be fooled by the size of these tongs, they are smaller than you might expect, but were perfect for what I needed. We use them on our bourbon bar to add citrus twists to drinks, and the small scale is exactly what we needed the delicate design makes them a little bit special. The gold color is the perfect shade, not too bright and not too brassy. We don’t use them frequently, so I can’t speak to how durable the gold coating is but they work well.
