I absolutely love these ornate Private Property signs, they are more appealing to look at than the standard signage and I am sure they arre doing theirs jobs well as I haven't seen the usual foot traffic on our property!

These are very nice metal signs. They are also smaller then you might think so double check measurements.

These signs are nice looking and seem pretty sturdy. The letters are big and easy to read. Time Will tell how well they hold up in the Kansas weather. Our other cheap plastic sign broke through the ties and blew away during one of our storms.

I live on the end of a cul-de-sac and my front yard surrounds the end of it. I have a neighbor who loves to throw large parties but does not have space for all the revelers who attend them to park. After a few years of trying to resolve the problem of large vehicles and damage to my property I had to fence off my yard and post "No Trespassing" signs on it. I do not like the ugly red ones. These signs are not garish but are sturdy and effective. If you have to post your property in a subdivision, these do it with style.

I love these! I have them posted at the entrance to my property. They ae well-made and have done well in the variations of weather. They still look perfect!
