Purchased one a while back but was plastic and fell apart now they are all medal pretty light no problems works well

Durable material. Itรขโฌโขs super easy to use, and saves my kitchen space! Though it came with screws for drilling, I preferred the double sided adhesive tape. Loving it!

This product broke with in 60 days of installing it. I got a two pack, one for the garage and one for the kitchen. The garage one hasn't broke yet but it may be just a matter of time as I rarely use that roller.The rod came off leaving just the springs sticking out. I tried to reassemble it but it lasts a day or two and falls apart again

This paper towel holder was very easy to install. Used the double sided tape to hold it in place once I had it leveled. Pre drilled holes for screws. Used proper size screwdriver for the screws. The screws tightened just fine (without breaking as several stated). Pre drilling is key! Used the decorative screw caps which were a nice touch. My counter is free of the old space taking paper towel holder and this new one is mounted nicely to my cabinet. This unit will hold a double roll perfectly.

The spring that holds the towel roll Is a good idea and the holders look fine, but the included adhesive strip AND screws are both terrible quality. I adhered one holder to the side of a powder coated metal cart using the adhesive - even cleaning the cart first allowing the adhesive to รขโฌลcureรขโฌย overnight before adding the towels - and it didnรขโฌโขt last 24 hours. The other holder I screwed into some normal pine trim wood using a drill on a low speed setting, and 3 out of 4 screw sheared off. Had to use my own.
