I’m an older lady with some mobility issues. So I needed something that would help me with access to my kitchen cabinets. These worked perfectly. I was worried that I’d have to use the screws to really hold them in. But the sticky tape option worked perfectly. It’s been a couple months and they are so far holding beautifully. They slide so smoothly. There’s no assembly required other than anchoring them with the tape (or screws if you choose). One thing to remember is that they work best if you do not have a lip on your existing shelf. You could rig something to make them work with the lip on shelves but they’re made for a completely flat shelf so they slide out without interference.These have made my life so much easier in the kitchen.

I love these pull out shelves! After 33 years in this house with tiny pantry, I finally added these to two of the shelves. Installed in about 10 minutes, sticky tape working well, and pantry now neat, organized and items accessible in back.Only downside, once in place, no adjusting. One shelf stuck down slightly askew and had to leave that way (carefully lined up so could pull out with door not fully open. Not a big deal but place with care.Compared with having pantry professionally redone, I’ve saved beaucoup $ and am very pleased.

These sliding shelves have increased the ease of retrieving items from the back of my lower cabinet shelves. What a relief! They are well made, sturdy, roll smoothly, and are easy to install. As others have noted, be sure to place the shelves exactly where you want them the first time because the adhesive strips are very strong and can't be repositioned once placed.

Very easy to install and the option to extend length wise is perfect. I would like it better if the Width was extendable as well. The weight of the items does not slow the rolling in and out. Very nice
