How to install:

We unfortunately had to lock our pantry and our fridge at night due to our child eating everything we own in the middle of the night. They work great! We used the sticker for the fridge, but for the pantry we had to drill into the door to have it hold. The sticker wouldn’t stay on the faux wood surface. Easy to set your lock combo and easy to use.

I used one for the bottom freezer, one for the screen door on the back patio to keep our autistic cute in the house and protect the freezer food from spoilage. Love it

The reason why I have this at home is that I wanted to prevent access to certain drawers where I have dangerous equipment (cooking equipment, do not be alarmed). This item works wonders for regular children and maybe toddlers which are experimenting and walking around all day long. However, the repeated use of it and if it's done with enough strength, make it lose and after a while, it opens with a simple pull.Be aware, that there is a way to avoid this to happen. If you place the device facing different directions, so the cable is not straight, it's way more likely it won't ever break. The ones I installed that I left straight both have broken. The one I installed with this other method is still there surviving.On another note, there is certainly someone that tried to open the cabinet with scissors once and it survived. Scissors didn't cut it through. I can not talk about gardening or other kinds of heavy-duty scissors, but it will survive the regular ones for sure.

This lock is great. I bought a different brand and that broke after just over a week. Got these and they are pretty sturdy. My grandkids stay with me (teen boys) and after I installed these the food stopped vanishing!! Not that they can't eat but now I can save my "dinner" food.

Bought these for a brand new desk unlocked button seemed to be stuck it opens when it feels like it. Not only did it leave nasty glue residue on my desk but it damaged some of the paint off. Would not recommend

The product does work in keeping the doors inaccessible but I was unable to change the lock pass code after several attempts and doing so according to the instructions.No help is available unless you can read Chinese and the link to help is also not easy to access and is in Chinese as well.

We have tried everything aside from deadbolting our refrigerator and freezer shut. We feebly attempted to “sabotage the environmentâ€so our 5 year old wouldn’t have access to freely destroy and stim in every thing possible (butter and yogurt cleanup=not the most fun Friday night activity). And boy has he been getting one up on us for YEARS.Along comes this gem of a pair. At a sweet sweet $21.00, we have reclaimed our icebox and lowered our energy bill (slightly).The adhesive has not even THOUGHT of budging. We have yet to set the combination, so I cannot speak on that, but I can say once locked that rope dude is set. I’ve seen an angry (eerily stronger than he looks) kiddo tug and pull to no avail.Push that baby in and you’re good to go! A simple push of a button with the correct combination and easy access.10/10 would buy again. Made the mistake of buying an inferior product because I only needed one for our washer. Regret. This 2 pack is worth it, whether you need both or not!

These are amazing! I'm using it to lock the pantry and they work great! Very sturdy, cannot break open. The code lock is a great function and easy to use. Great value as well!
