My daughter loved this item! She made a sleeve for her laptop. It's great material for it because it's thick and heavy. It's not very soft, but great for the sleeve she made. We both love the colors.

I ordered this hoping it was going to be cording style yarn, but it is not a completed tube. See my picture for how it just rolls up on the edges behind.The color is exactly right as it is a bright white. It is decently soft and stretchy and came with a 5.5mm crochet hook. It would be good for making a basket or rug or anything where you want that flat look from a pliable yarn. There are no weight, length, or washing instructions on the yarn band, so if you do not plan to use it right away, I would suggest that you write down all the details from the listing and include a note with the yarn before you stash it. While I do think the price is decent, it could be cheaper at nearly $6 per skein. It's not what I was looking for, but for what it is, I think the quality is fine.

Although it’s stretchy it creates very solid projects. I used it to make a basket and it’s very elegant. It’s also easy to work with because of its stretchiness.

I wish the “elastic†was more prominent in the title because I would not have purchased this yarn. I am using a 6MM hook, and this flat, long piece that I am making is anything but flat. I figured the weight from adding more rows would flatten this out, but that is not the case. I will see this project through, but I will need to devise a plan to keep this piece flat. I wish I remembered Zpagetti yarn because that is exactly what I needed. Other than the abundant stretchiness, this yarn is soft and easy to work with.

This material is very soft. I have not used the hook as I only made a chain so far to see if I liked it. I will be buying more to make some gorgeous baskets.

I really should have looked more at the reviews before purchasing. I read 14oz and compared that to other yarn and expected much more yarn than I got. The product looks good but it’s no where near as much as I need. I may return it. I thought I was getting a good deal but these balls are TINY
